The factory of the Company at Ahmedabad is housed on an industrial plot of 2,000 sq. Metres. Our Production unit isfully equipped with all the modern infrastructure facilities and high-tech Testing laboratory to provide with best quality of power and distribution transformers up to 15 MVA-66 KV class. We manufacture Distribution Transformers ranging from 10 KVA up to 15000 KVA,three phase transformer conforming to IS : 1180 (Part I & II),IS:2026 (Part I to V) and relevant international Standards. Powerlite Electricals is in a position to manufactureany specially designed Distribution Transformer for special purposes as percustomer’s requirements and specifications.

THE MANUFACTURING FACILITY

The manufacturing facility is equipped with all the modern Machineries required for a manufacturing capacity of 500,000 KVA per annum and the upcomingexpansion ensures quick and timely delivery schedules. All the machinery, be it theShearing Machine, coil winding machines, oil filters, vacuum ovens, the paint shopor for that matter even the overhead crane are procured from certified manufacturers with reaching standards for smooth andconsistent production.

THE TESTING FACILITY

The company is having fully equipped laboratory with all the testing facilities required to test the transformers up to and including 15 MVA, 66 KV, and Classas per I.S – 2026. As regards Impulse Voltage withstand test and Short Circuitwithstand tests, if required to be carried out, the same, being the type tests, can bearranged at Government approved laboratories viz. E.R.D.A, Vadodara andC.P.R.I., Bhopal.
